Coordination
To breakdown the experience of working with Phaze One Electric, it would have to start with our focal point for coordination. Coordination from the beginning with the utility provider, with discovering and presenting RFI's out in advance to prevent them from being an issue with progress, to providing the proper amount of manpower to reflect the urgency of the construction phases, to respond promptly to situations and provide solutions, and to build a bond from communication and performance that instills confidence with superintendents and PM's that we are the electrical partner to complete projects smoothly and according to schedule.
Preparedness and Organized
Next would have to be Preparedness and Organized. Preventing complications that lead times for lighting fixtures and gear can create, here at Phaze One Electric, we have an excellent relationship with our vendors and push for procurement out in advance. We also prioritize Pre-Fabrication anywhere it's possible; we have personnel at our shop that assemble any materials, fixtures, or devices that will accelerate our installation process later. Our focused ability to plan out in advance and being pro-active is integrated into every process and phase of every construction project we are apart of.
